Processing & Production Time

Custom and personalized orders require time to create before they are ready to ship. Processing times may vary depending on the product, quantity, customization requested, and current order volume.

An estimated turnaround time may be provided with your order or custom quote. Please contact us before ordering if you need your items by a specific date.

Shipping Time

Shipping time begins after your order has been completed and shipped. Carrier delivery estimates do not include the time required for FliiiDesigns to create your order.

Once an order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

Rush Orders & Event Dates

If you need an order for a birthday, family reunion, business event, holiday, or other specific date, please include that information when submitting your order or quote request.

Rush requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed unless confirmed by FliiiDesigns.

Shipping Delays

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control. We will assist with available tracking information if a delivery issue occurs.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. Address changes may not be possible after an order has shipped.

Local Pickup or Delivery

Local pickup or delivery may be available for qualifying orders when arranged with FliiiDesigns. Availability and any applicable delivery fees will be confirmed before fulfillment.
